Stadium Overview

Brentwood Town play at The Brentwood Centre Arena on Doddinghurst Road, part of the wider Brentwood Centre leisure complex. The club have been based there since 1993, and the pitch was converted to 3G in 2024.

The Arena is a compact non-league ground with a practical, open feel. Spectator facilities are based around seated stands, covered standing and pitchside hard standing. It is not a large enclosed stadium, but it is easy to navigate and benefits from being attached to a wider leisure-centre site with a large car park and good space around the ground.

The ground has two seated stands and a covered standing area, with the main matchday facilities, bar/lounge and refreshments close to the entrance side. It is a good ground for neutrals because you can move around easily at most fixtures, choose between seating and standing, and still stay close to the clubhouse facilities.

Away End

Segregation is not normally expected at Brentwood Town league fixtures. Most visiting supporters should expect to enter through the normal turnstiles and mix with home supporters around the ground. If segregation is required for a bigger cup tie, local derby or high-attendance match, Brentwood Town will usually publish specific supporter information before the fixture.

For unsegregated games, away fans can generally choose between the seated stands, the covered standing area and the pitchside rail. The vocal home support is usually modest in number but can gather together around the covered side/standing areas, so neutrals or away supporters wanting a quieter view may prefer the seats or the opposite side.

The Brentwood Centre Arena is within the leisure complex, so arrival is simple: head for the Brentwood Centre, use the car park, and follow the signs and stewards to the football entrance. For larger games, arrive early because turnstile queues and parking demand can increase quickly.

Matchday Advice

The biggest advantage of The Brentwood Centre Arena is convenience by car. The club confirms that there is a large free car park and overflow parking within the Brentwood Centre complex, making it one of the easier Isthmian Premier grounds for drivers.

By train, Brentwood station is on the Elizabeth line, but the ground is not immediately outside the station. It is less than 10 minutes by taxi, while bus route 60 links Brentwood station and High Street with the Brentwood Centre complex. Walking from the station is possible but long enough that many supporters will prefer a bus or taxi.

The stadium is smoke-free, and under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are permitted in the stadium but not in the ERB Lounge/Brentwood Lounge, except guide and assistance dogs. If you want the best view, use the seated stands; if you want atmosphere, head towards the covered standing area.

Tickets

Brentwood Town sell tickets online through FanBase and also allow purchase on the gate. The club advises buying online in advance where possible to help with planning and reduce queues, but both cash and card are accepted at the turnstiles.

For 2026/27 Isthmian League Premier Division fixtures, published league admission prices are Adults £12, Concessions £8 and Under 18s free with a paying adult. Always check the club’s official ticket page before travelling because cup ties, friendlies and special fixtures may be priced differently.

Away supporters usually buy in the same way as home supporters unless segregation or an away allocation is announced. Neutrals should choose a central seat for the clearest view, while supporters wanting a more traditional non-league feel may prefer standing near the covered area or by the pitchside rail.

Stadium Rules

The Brentwood Centre Arena has several clear venue-specific rules. It is a smoke-free stadium, so smoking is not permitted inside the ground. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead and under control, and they are not permitted inside the main lounge/bar area unless they are guide or assistance dogs.

The club has also advised that no outside footballs are allowed, and bikes or scooters must be locked outside the ground. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Normal football ground rules also apply: no pyrotechnics, no discriminatory behaviour, no pitch encroachment, no throwing objects and no alcohol brought into the ground. Supporters should follow stewarding instructions, especially at busier fixtures where extra entry routes, overflow parking or queue management may be used.

Accessibility

The Brentwood Centre Arena is part of a wider leisure complex, which helps with access, parking and general facilities. The large on-site car park is useful for disabled supporters, although anyone needing a specific accessible space or assistance should contact the club before travelling.

The ground itself is compact, with hard standing and spectator areas that are generally easier to manage than older terraced venues. However, as with many non-league grounds, the best accessible viewing position may depend on crowd size, weather and whether a fixture has special arrangements.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted, including in lounge areas where ordinary dogs are restricted. Supporters with mobility needs travelling by train should note that Brentwood station is not immediately next to the stadium, so a taxi or bus from the station is likely to be preferable.

Stadium Tours

Brentwood Town do not advertise regular public stadium tours of The Brentwood Centre Arena. The ground is a working non-league venue within the Brentwood Centre complex, and tours are not part of the normal matchday offer.

Supporters wanting to see the ground should arrive early on matchday once turnstiles open. Any special access for community groups, sponsors, media or venue hire should be arranged directly with Brentwood Town rather than treated as a standard stadium tour.
