Gloucester City are based at Meadow Park after years away from the city following flooding at their old ground. The Tigers have played in National League North and South, with a strong supporter base and a renewed city identity since returning home.
New Meadow Park, currently known as the TigerTurf Stadium, is one of the more modern and developed grounds in the Southern League Premier South. Gloucester City returned to Meadow Park in 2020 after the ground was rebuilt, and the stadium now has a much more contemporary feel than many older non-league venues.
The ground is built around an artificial surface and has a tidy enclosed layout with covered seating, standing areas, a main bar and modern matchday facilities. The 1883 Stand, City Stand and T-End areas give the stadium a clear structure, while the 1883 Sports Bar and main entrance facilities make it feel more like a National League-level venue than a basic Step 3 ground. Sightlines are generally good and the stadium is compact enough to hold atmosphere well when crowds are strong.
Gloucester City provide clear entry guidance depending on whether a match is segregated. For unsegregated matches, all spectators should enter through Gate A, where tickets are scanned and turnstile purchases can be made nearby. For segregated matches, home supporters are directed through Gate B and away supporters through Gate A.
Away fans should therefore check match-specific information before travelling, because the same entrance can be used for everyone at some games but become the away entrance for segregated fixtures. When segregation is in place, visiting supporters should follow the Gate A instructions and remain in the area allocated by the club and stewards. For unsegregated league games, away fans are likely to have more freedom to choose a viewing position around the ground.

The TigerTurf Stadium is more structured than many grounds at this level, so the best advice is to check the club's matchday information before travelling, particularly for segregation and ticketing. If the match is unsegregated, Gate A is the usual entry point for all supporters. If it is segregated, away fans should still use Gate A while home fans use Gate B.
Gloucester railway station is around a 25-minute walk from the stadium, with bus routes from the city centre also serving the area. Arrive early for bigger fixtures, especially if you want parking, a particular viewing area or time in the 1883 Sports Bar. The artificial pitch and modern stands make it a comfortable ground by Step 3 standards, but the most popular covered spots can still fill in bad weather.
Gloucester City sell tickets through their official channels, and matchday entry can depend on whether the fixture is segregated. For unsegregated matches, tickets are scanned at Gate A and turnstile sales are located adjacent to that entrance. For segregated matches, away supporters should follow the away ticket and Gate A guidance issued for the specific game.
Away fans should not assume every match will have the same arrangements. For normal league fixtures, general admission may be straightforward, but higher-profile games can bring segregation, different entry routes and specific instructions. Neutral supporters wanting the best overall view should consider the seated or covered side, while those wanting atmosphere should head for the busier terrace areas, subject to any segregation in force.
Standard stadium rules apply at New Meadow Park. Supporters should not enter the pitch, use pyrotechnics, throw objects, bring glass into spectator areas or ignore steward instructions. If segregation is in operation, supporters must use the correct gate and remain in the correct section.
Because the ground has a 3G/artificial playing surface and modern enclosed facilities, spectators should respect all pitchside barriers and follow any rules about footwear, pitch access and permitted areas. Alcohol rules around the 1883 Sports Bar and pitchside areas should be followed as directed on matchdays.
Gloucester City publish specific accessibility information for New Meadow Park. The club describes the stadium as accessible, with Blue Badge parking available if booked in advance by contacting matchday@gcafc.co.uk. Wheelchair access is via the main ramp at Gate A, with wheelchair viewing areas at the bottom of the 1883 and City Stands.
Disabled toilet facilities are located near the Gate A exit in the Tom Webb Stand and inside the 1883 Sports Bar. Disabled supporters should still contact the club before travelling, particularly for segregated fixtures, so that parking, entry and viewing arrangements can be confirmed in advance.
Regular public stadium tours are not widely advertised for New Meadow Park or the TigerTurf Stadium. Although it is a modern and interesting ground at this level, it operates primarily as a matchday football venue rather than a regular tour attraction.
Supporters wanting to see the stadium should attend a Gloucester City fixture. Any special access outside matchdays would need to be arranged directly with the club.
